Brussels Sprouts are well-known for their remarkable frost tolerance. This easy to grow crop can be started indoors or sown directly in the garden. Long Island Improved is a traditional variety that is well known for its excellent taste. It has a heavy set of firm sprouts over a lengthy period. Plants are 50-60cm (20-24") high. 90-100 days to maturity.
